Haus of Estate
Improving an existing Next.js and Sanity property platform through website performance, search visibility and maintainable content workflows.
A property platform needs fast pages, consistent content and a manageable editorial workflow.
My work extends an existing property website, translating stakeholder requirements into tested improvements across the interface and content layer. This overview focuses on my contribution; client assets and internal project material are kept private.
From requirements to working code.
- Delivered technical SEO and homepage improvements through server-rendered sections, cached content refreshes, responsive images and deferred noncritical interface work.
- Developed a validated property-content workflow with optimised media and editorial review.
- Extended shared content schemas and page components to support consistent property presentation.
- Prepared changes for review with type checks, automated tests and desktop and mobile browser checks.
Extend the existing platform
Reuse the property model, country and city structure, queries and renderer so new content does not create a separate system to maintain.
Keep content review visible
Validate supplied content and give editors a review step before publication.
Keep the interface reusable
Use shared rendering and responsive components so content changes remain consistent across pages and screen sizes.
What the work supports.
- The focused SEO and homepage improvements have been deployed.
- Further content and interface work has local automated and browser validation.
- Private walkthroughs can explain my contribution without sharing client data or unpublished material.
Website improvements are deployed; further platform work remains in development. Client screenshots, unpublished listings and internal release details are omitted from this public overview.
